An old favourite. A simple combat system and a large degree of chance in empire selection makes this game great fun. I prefer a four player game, which makes for a fast and unpredicatable game (with many epoch's major empires absent).Time: 2 and a half hours for 4 players, 3 hours for 5 and 3 and a half for 6 players.
